Dear Editor,

I am a member and volunteer and am finding there is a real change in the way volunteers are now being treated. It has become a them and us culture which is alienating volunteers and consequently cause issues with opening. I would certainly like to become involved with your organisation as there seem to be many mistakes being made in the way volunteers are looked after and how inappropriate appointments are being made such that sites have been diminished in value.
